I started creating my account yesterday and it was supposed to be a free account (individual account) and for my surprise they just charged me $39.99!!
What should I do? How can I contact them?

Good luck, go slow and read 5 times. Their is loads of waves on Amazon. If you survive the murky waters it will get better. :)
You accidently sized up for a pro account thats a flat rate fee each month. If you downgrade it will cost you 1.00 per sale, not bad when you first start.
Opinion you diddn't ask for: It doesn't take long to get to 40 sales and more, plus the professional account gives you a bit more. Since you whoops and paid for it, try it out the first month and see.... if not downgrade it BEFORE next monh begins.

I say this with love. Please quit now. Please. If you're already facing these errors/problems Amazon will be a money pit for you. Please, I say this is with complete kindness. Amazon is an endless list of fees, fines, theft, unrealized gains.... You already missed the first hurdle and it's only ankle height.
