FSA/HSA Enroll
On May 29th, we created CASE 15355905091 to have our product accepted into the FSA/HSA program. We have contacted SIG-IS, and they informed me that our application has not been submitted yet. It is crucial for us to achieve this approval, as it has been almost more than a month.
Continuously from last one month- I am getting only this update from Amazon "Our internal team is reviewing ticket". Chat support advised No SLA is defined for this ticket.
SIGIS mentioned on their website- "The list is generally available by the 15th day of each month. Items for the List Review Committee to be considered for addition or deletion from the SIGIS List must be submitted by the 20th day of each month to be considered for next month’s updates. See the EPL List Calendar for exact timing."
Can someone assist us in expediting this process?

I do see that our partner team responded and said that "The ASIN have been submitted to SIG-IS for review, we will follow up after 15th July".
We are not able to escalate this any further as its already been handled by our partner team.
