Sending Products to AWD with Amazon Global Logistics
I've shipped 164 boxes of products to Amazon Warehouse and Distribution Center (AWD) IUSJ.
Delivered on Jul 8, 2024 (34 days ago).
Opened a case and waiting for an answer for 2 weeks! They repeat and repeat the answers!
"We have reached out to our internal team to investigate the issue and they are currently looking into your issue."
Literally these internal teams they do not answer anything.
We've paid the goods, shipping, customs, designers & everything, i have no idea if the goods are lost or damaged or not.
I am really disappointed.
If anyone know any solutions, please help.
Note: I've used AGL, AWD shipments can not be tracked. That's another issue.
