Bank account verification - No button to upload required documents
Hello,
I have a problem that I can not upload Certified Bank letter that is required from Amazon for my bank account verification. Amazon Wants me to upload the document in Seller Wallet, however there is NO BUTTON where I could upload it. Additionally, I can not transfer funds from Seller Wallet to my bank account. I am adding Amazon reply and screenshot from seller wallet. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

What information do I need to provide?
We require a scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the registered bank account in Seller Central.
What are the document requirements?
-- The document must be dated within the last 180 days.
-- The document must be signed or stamped by the bank.
-- The document must show the bank name or logo.
-- The document must show the account holder's name, residential address, and bank account number.
-- The documentation must be in one of our supported languages. The supported languages are English, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Polish, and Spanish. If the original document is not in a supported language, provide a copy of both the original document and the translated document. The translated document must be signed and sealed or stamped by a government-certified translator or notary public.
-- It is important that the document is easy to read. The information on the document should also match the information entered in Seller Central.
How do I submit the required document?
Since you are registering for Seller Wallet for the first time:
1. Go to your Seller Central Seller Wallet information:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/sellerwallet/
2. Follow the prompts to upload the required document.
Once we receive this document, we will continue with your verification.
What happens if I do not send the required information?
We will not be able to proceed with your Seller Wallet account verification.
