Fulfillment Centre Backlogs

I have had an email from our haulier. It is an email from Amazon stating that they are not excepting deliveries into LBA2 and LBA4 due to serious backlogs, yet when I try to send more inventory into them they are allocating those FC's and when you log it with Amazon, they don't come back to you!!

How are you supposed to send FBA items in if the allocated FC's are not taking in pallets??
