I am tearing out my hair with this process. I signed up to sell in the UK and it forced me to sign up for America .com
I just want to sell in the UK. I also need to change some information like my business name and registered address which I had to change with Companies House in the UK.
I can't speak to anyone in the UK because every time I try to access support for the UK I get redirected to US support. You speak to US support and they tell you to speak to UK support. You explain that you can't because you're in a continuous loop and there is just no support available. It's a ridiculous process.
Can someone from Amazon actually help. When I log in it says "While we verify your credit or debit card, you can start exploring the 'Seller Central' of North America" I don't want North America anything at this point!
I can't change the country in this forum to UK as I'm not authorised to sell there. And I don't want to pay anything for the wrong country.

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
When you signed up for your seller account you did it via the .com not .co.uk link so this is why you keep getting redirected to the US support team. Since the initial account setup was done that way, you will need to complete the US verification first and then you can expand to the Europe marketplaces via this link: https://sell.amazon.com/global-selling/europe
If you don't want to go that route, you can sign up for a new account via the UK link - https://sell.amazon.co.uk/
However, keep in mind this has be done with a new e-mail and phone number. If any of the information matches from the first account, you may run into an issue where our support team will ask you to complete the US verification first since you already have an account in our system.
I recommend completing the US account first to minimize the risk but you are welcome to start over via the co.uk, link as well.

Having the exact same problem but I'm wanting to only sell in Australia. Kept being redirected to sign up on the US site no matter what .au link I tried through, and now getting the same "While we verify your credit or debit card, you can start exploring the 'Seller Central' of North America" message.
Were you able to find a solution for this?
