Duplicated cases in Seller Support

It is just me or Amazon has some problem in Seller Support?
I have opened a case in S.S. and their advise did not help so I re-opened the case. Next they transferred it to another department and, well, I am confused and still can't get a grasp on what's going on but it seems that they like opened 4 duplicate cases and I don't know which one I should follow?
