hi I’ve not been selling on Amazon since I’ve been so busy and only just got back, trying to familiar myself again but got confused on the VAT section on the fees tab. Says I owe £2.59 in VAT but in the payments it only deducts the VAT for fees? So what happens about the £2.59? Is that what I have to pay on my tax returns ?

VAT and tax returns are not the same thing, are you VAT registered?
