Amazon Business Insurance Turkey
I cannot renew my Amazon Business Insurance Certificate in Turkey because Marsh Turkey no longer provides this service in Turkey. I contacted all other insurance providers. But none of them take out this policy. Despite writing to Amazon Support many times, I have not received any help in understanding and solving my problem. Below is the response I received from an insurance provider in Turkey. The deadline for me to renew the policy has expired and I don't know what to do now. I don't understand why Amazon is not doing anything to solve this problem.

As we talked on phone, we requested product liability quotation from Allianz, VHV, Zurich etc. And they didn’t quote your request.

Thank you for sharing your experience — we are currently facing the exact same issue.
We also contacted Marsh and learned they no longer provide Amazon-compatible business insurance in Türkiye. We've tried multiple local insurers, but no one offers occurrence-based liability policies either. Unfortunately, Amazon support has also been unable to provide a clear solution so far.
May I kindly ask if you were able to resolve this issue since your last post?
If so, could you please share how you managed to do it — whether through a different insurer, an exception granted by Amazon, or another workaround?
Your input would be incredibly helpful to other Turkish sellers like us who are still looking for a solution.
