GTIN not accepted
I purchased a GTIN code for my brand. I am trying to submit my new product listing but Amazon requires a GTIN or UPC code in order to submit. It states "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid value(s) for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN"
I have tried everything and still can't submit. I even have the same SKU ID in both GS1 and Amazon listing. HELP.

Once the GTIN is created in GS1 it can take up to 2 weeks for it to update into amazon's database of UPC codes.
It is also possible that someone else has used your GTIN on another product and it already exists on an Amazon ASIN page.
We have seen both issues in the past on this forum.
