The return window is based on actual or declared delivery date -- depending on which is later.

@Seller_z0yu129sVnKKP Thanks for that question about the return policy and window.
Manage seller-fulfilled returns
- Amazon's returns policy allows most items to be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- After you authorize a return request, the buyer has 15 days after the return window closes, allowing for transit time, to return an item.
The 30-day return window for the buyer to request a return and the subsequent 15-day allowed transit time are both based on the EDD and not the actual ship/delivery date.
