Amazon is still holding my money for A-Z claim 'under review'

Hello,Regarding Order 112-3748292-0946658 a customer had opened up an A-Z claim due to an INR (which was refunded immediately with no chance for me to state my case - which has been happening often but that's not the current issue). I admit, the carrier was late despite shipping it out on time BUT the tracking shows that it had been delivered maybe an hour after the funds were taken out of our account. The customer had verified that they had received it and was willing to authorize a re-charge for the product.

Since we cannot do that she reached out to Amazon directly and had done so. She had confirmed with us but didn't want to send over any confirmation or verification since it 'sensitive information' when we asked if she could send us a copy to verify with Amazon with our end.

Either way, Amazon support verified that the customer had been re-charged but we still have not been reimbursed on our end.... So the customer has the product and AMAZON has the full payment for it!!

I had opened SIX CASES and have gotten nothing but "This case is still under review". This has happened in JANUARY! (We've heard of other cases being 'under review' for YEARS with 'no resolution' reached yet). This is ABSURD! Unfortunately, I could even understand if the customer refused to pay and still kept the item (would feel horrible but welcome to A-Z)... but THEY PAID AMAZON! They wanted the product and were willing to pay for it. No games, no fraud. PLEASE GIVE US OUR MONEY!

Hey Discount Monkey, I would advise against opening multiple cases on one order. Given the cases are under investigation - Seller Support would need to conclude before any further action is taken.
