No entry to submit seller identity verification!!!
When preparing the documents to submit for identity verification, clicking on Identity Verification (Review) will lead to the help page. There is no submission portal, and we have also contacted customer service. Some have said that submitting from the help is sufficient, while others have said that it is not the real portal and it is useless to submit. All other information verification has been passed, and now only identity verification is needed. It has been a month and still has not been resolved. The entry has not been submitted.
