Hello

We have an order that is being shipped to a third party shipping carrier. Does anyone know what Amazon policy is for third party shipping carriers? Does our responsibility end there. What happens if they do not make good on delivery of the package? Will Amazon hold us accountable?

We tried to chat with seller support but after 45 minutes they were unable to offer any information what so ever.

Appreciate any advise.
