Dropshipping Suspended

Hello. After my FBM orders by Amazon, my account was completely disabled. They said that there was a Dropshipping violation and my account was disabled. When I made a few calls, they asked me for documents such as invoices and other documents related to sales for 30 days from the date the account was disabled. But there are no orders during that period. I only have a 3rd party warehouse contract and the invoices of the payments I made there. There are no sales, but they are requested from me. What will I do, how will I proceed? How is it possible for me to send documents that do not exist?

Just one of the many dangers of not filling orders directly yourself. How long have you used them?

Is it possible that THEY used a branded box for ANY of your orders? It could be from a year ago and Amazon won;t tell you.

Sellers are responsible for everything done on their account including a warehouse using a "BAD" box or packing slip.

Maybe sharing that actual message from Amazon would provide clarity.

I thought Amazon was asking for invoices for YOUR purchase of YOUR inventory...not anything related to any sales you had made. Amazon already has that info.

Are you just using the warehouse to store your goods? And you ship them yourself?
