DHL called me today......... wrong address in Germany
DHL contacted me today and sent me an email that a CD I shipped with them through amazon shipping had wrong or inaccurate address. I went to contact the buyer and it wont let me contact them. All the box categories are gray ghosted out except send refund. I would try to call the number provided but I don’t speak German……..

Since you can only see the refund option, this likely means the order is already flagged in Amazon's system.
In most cases, processing the refund is the safest course of action to protect your seller metrics.
