Over $ 80k Being Lost: My Account Will Be Suspended Due to Virtual Verification

Hello, My account has been deactivated, which has been happening to a lot of sellers. I am a private label/wholesale seller with 100% positive feedback, and my account has a health score of over 250. The deactivation occurred due to virtual identity verification, which I completed, providing all requested documents except the brand authorization letter and supply chain information. The brand and distributor are in Japan, and although I explained my situation, they haven't responded and it seems they don't provide such documents. I realize now that I made a mistake by buying from such a distributor, but it's too late to change that. I am sure my products are authentic, but I don't know how to prove it.

It's a huge mistake to put all your eggs in one basket. Because of two SKUs, my entire inventory is at risk of being disposed of, including my private label products. If anyone has pursued legal action in a similar situation, please share your experience so that I can be better prepared to handle the process. Additionally, if someone has any advice or information on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate it.

If I request mediation/arbitration, the total process could cost anywhere from 3k to 20k (Amazon knows this, so they can do what they want to most sellers). Will it be worth it? Would I have a chance to get my inventory and funds back?

So THREE WEEKS ago you were told by @Atlas_Amazonto STOP creating duplicate threads.

TWO DAYS ago you created another duplicate and it is now gone with the winds when Amazon found it.

How long do you think this one will last?
