My account in All market has been deactivated due to P-4 Verification
Hello, Every One,
I need your support in helping me find a solution,
I am selling as an individual in the UAE market using FBA , then activated selling globally and activated some other markets,
One of them was Japan, but I didn't actually sell in any other market yet,
then I got an email from the Japanese market about P-4 Verification,
then suddenly the Japan account got deactivated and all other markets including my main account,
I have uploaded two or three bank statement, one the address was not clear, the second was a soft copy but the third is stamped and contains my name and address correctly.
However, the Japanese market doesn't want to accept my appeal and the UAE market is telling me that we cannot activate your account again until japan accepts your appeal.
I have a shipment in quene , and now my listing shows currently unavailable, my account is deactivated and I dont know what to do ??
