Ungating Brand Issue
Hello,I have been trying to ungate a brand for about a month now
I submit BOTH a invoice from my authorized distributor AND the manufacturer displaying:
- Name and Address Matching Seller Account
- 10 Units
- Name of Brand and Item on the invoice
And it still has been getting denied: "We have reviewed the documentation you provided and determined that you are not eligible to sell <brand> products. We evaluated the information you provided, but it did not pass our review.
I even had a call with a support agent to see what I was missing from the invoice and they said "All the information matches, everything looks good, try resubmitting again" , there was no issue with the invoice.
Can a mod please help me??

But do you have written authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
Without that, there are many brands which you will not be able to ungate.

I understand your frustration relating to your brand application. If the application was denied it is due to internal criteria determined by Amazon. For security reasons, Amazon does not share the requirements for approval. Usually with approval requests, a direct invoice from the manufacturer or brand is required in most situations. Your best bet is to provide whatever documentation is recommended and to continue to submit applications for those brands.
