Unable to Complete UAE Registration, or Cancel It

For the last year, I've been sent in loops with Amazon support providing no help whatso ever and eventually closing the cases say "we cannot assist you". Like seriously? Why even have support.

I am ultimately trying to expand to UAE/Egypt, but I am unable to cancel or continue the registration. However, I am unable to do so due to a technical issue and this has been going on for a year now without assistance. Here is what happens when I try to cancel or continue the registration:

1) When I click the "Cancel Registration" I get an error screen. The text of the error is: "Unsupported action. Sorry, but you took an action that we can't support. Please go back or go to the home page and take a different action."

2) When I try the "Continue Registration" button, I get an error screen. The text of the error is: "Internal Error. We're sorry but we encountered an error while processing your request."

Is there a MOD or someone with any advice? I've submitted dozens of cases in the US, UAE, and Egypt without any success...and its been a year.

The most recent ticket is 10638751152. I've also submitted 10538249132, 9646104832, 9418947922, 9417068192 (in UAE). Also submitted 9417140422 and 9416935532 in Egypt

Connor from Amazon here, the most recent case was from a month ago and its been closed already. I can help with this, however I need a new case ID first. Can you go to seller support and open a new case by clicking on the "my issue is not listed" box.

Once you have the case ID, share it here so that I can escalate this on my end.
