AtoZ when using buy shipping

Yet again Amazon not following own policy when using buy shipping.. I agree the item never arrived.. I offered to send a replacement which the customer accepted, they then raised and AtoZ and won with an ODR strike. Despite an AtoZ appeal and raising a case (11122310432), Seller support state that they will not remove the ODR defect. cant someone at Amazon have a word with the team who deal with this and make sure they follow AMAZONS OWN POLICY... @Sarah_Amznsorry to tag you in another one of these :-D

It's not ideal to send replacements. If a customer queries a delivery and you can see it's been lost, it's best to refund and suggest the customer buys again. That should prevent an AtoZ, or worse, the customer gets a replacement then AtoZ and a refund.

Absolutely agree with @Seller_MT8rt0A2OpbCx - NEVER just send a replacement, as they can end up with a refund and the item. Always refund and ask them to re-order. if you are sure they have not received it. I am not saying your customer is dishonest, but saying not received is a well known scam, so if you just send another, they could end up with refund and 2 items !!!
