no Add to Cart Button
Im a new seller, with an individual seller plan (free)
i custom create products with my laser cutter, as such theres no other products like mine on Amazon.
when I look at my listing, there is no "add to cart" button, just a "see optoins" button.
Is this the case for all products listed by a free account?
Do I have to pay the 39.99 for my products to have an "add to cart" button next to my product?
i tried talking to chat, but they seems as confused as I am.

Yes; the Buy Box (now called "Featured Offer") is limited to Professional accounts.
That's the first step, but no guarantee that you will have a BB. That is not granted until you show Amazon that you are a dependable seller, with few or no complaints, and hopefully at least one positive feedback. Even as a pro seller using FBA (which helps greatly), it took me about 3 months to become eligible for getting the BB.
