Estimated Delivery Window

Greetings,

I am seeing alot of stores facing an issue with their Estimated delivery window.

I am having the same issue: delivery windows are 10-14 days out instead of 3-5 days. I have not changed any settings for this to happen.

Support looked at my shipping templates and couldnt understand why this was happening.

Has anyone had any resolution?

I have a FBM store, not FBA.
