monzo active card check declined

Just requested a withdrawal, and as per usual Amazon did 2 x active card checks, however today, both declined, which i dont get why... its just an active card check...

I did a withdrawal last week no problems, but today its declined both the active card checks, but i still got the email confirming payment is on the way.

Anyone else had this problem today?

Do you have enough credit balance in your Monzo bank account? Even though you are trying to disburse funds, you need enough funds in your bank account for the Amazon card check.

Other than that, I cannot think why your card is declined. Have you ask Seller Support?

I was aware of this issue, at least since Friday

It's a problem that it's affecting dozens of sellers that use monzo cards for ID checks. Monzo says it's Amazon fault, Amazon says it's Monzo! Please keep reporting that to both companies to see if we get a resolution quick!

The last advice was to use another card for your ID checks (change it in your Amazon Seller account) and the payment that failed will be hold for another 2 weeks!!!! But you need to make sure you have a "valid card" when that time comes.
