Requirements met for Premium A+ for last month and still no access
I have created more than 15 ASINs last month, and all of them have successfully registered brand stories, which are already A+. Nearly 15 days have passed, but A+ premium has not been activated. Please manually activate A+ premium for me

Michelle at Amazon here. As you have just added your Brand Story earlier this week, you will need to wait to see if your Premium A+ is added by tomorrow as this gets reviewed every Friday. Ensure that all of your ASIN's in your account that have Brand Registry have A+ added to them as well.
