FALSE FBA BOX LABEL PASTE MY SHIPMENT IS NOT RETURNED BY AMAZON

My shipment that I sent to the Amazon warehouse has not been moving for 2 months due to my fba box label wrong paste. On June 3, my shipment status was changed to closed. I reported this situation by opening a case, but I did not receive any positive return. I want help from Amazon in sending the shipment to the return address. There is anyone who can help with this issue?

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.
