Lost Access To Our Amazon Seller Account

Hi,

We lost access to our Amazon seller account! We accidentally deleted our Amazon BUYER account that has the same email as our seller account. We did not touch the seller account. Once the buyer account was gone, we lost access to our seller account. Could not login, could not change the password but received no email from Amazon saying that our account was gone.

We have a email that has user permissions & still have full access to the account there BUT NOT through the main account.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

I am an Amazon seller, and we have a situation similar to the one you expose, after many contacts with Amazon Support and Amazon Prime Customer Service they have informed us that they do not have a tool that allows them to recover a deleted main email.

The main email cannot be modified, nor replaced, this generates that there is information about the account that you cannot change, nor modify because the main of the account loses that power.

Up to this moment the solution received is to close the account and open a new one, we still maintain the management of recovering the account, but we stopped all operations and removed inventories.

I hope they can resolve your situation, if we have any other information con mucho gusto la compartiré con usted.
