It is against Amazon's brand name policy to change the brand name on a listing after creation with the only exception being to fix a small typo.

Michelle at Amazon here. I have read your concerns regarding your listing. If a product is a brand name, it's a violation to create the listing as generic. If the brand is spelled wrong, then Seller Support can update it to the correct brand, however, cannot totally rebrand it to a new product. If you just recently created the listing, I would recommend that you hard delete your listing and then try recreate it. This will remove all of your contributions from our system and let you recreate the listing the correct way.
If you try this and are still unable to update the information, please provide me with the case you have with Seller Support so I can take a look.
