Bulk Shipping Error

It is my first time using bulk shipping but I keep getting errors. Sometimes only the Fedex labels give me an error, and other times every label gives me the error. It says "Oops! This order failed to load. Please remove it from your bulk list to continue to purchase labels for other orders."

If anyone sees this in the future and has the same issue, I was able to fix it by changing my default shipping settings to not have shipping insurance or signature delivery. It's a tiny link at the bottom of the bulk shipping page that says "Pre-selected shipment inputs reflect your Buy Shipping preferences"

Click on that, change the default preferences to "None" for both delivery confirmation and insurance.
