HELP! AMAZON IS LOSING MORE OF MY ITEMS!!!

I had a shipment way back that I shipped. I pack everything myself, label everything myself, ship everything myself. Given by hand to a UPS facility to ship, I don't have a pick up, so there's no inbetween from me handing over my packages to UPS and they confirming the size and weight of the shipment. How then, does Amazon continue to lose my products like in shipment FBA17M1S4ZD3 and then after 3 months of "investigating" come back to tell me "too bad, so sad" in so many words. I provided proof the products were delivered, I provided pictures of the packaging including how many were in each box (yes the actual package before being shipped due to this frequently happening) AND I found in THEIR ledgers that the product was initially counted in and then loss during transfers within their facilities. I asked for them to just find my products and they seem to act like their hands are tied behind their backs. They cant communicate with each other, could care less that their facilities are miscounting our products and now they want to charge us PLACEMENT FEES AND LOW-INVENTORY FEES FOR THE SAME PRODUCTS THEY'RE LOSING!?!? Give me a break. Just today I've started 6 different other cases for other shipments. I'm an honest seller, I'm a single person working on these shipments, labeling and shipping everything myself. I've never shipped with discrepancies, and I use all Amazon labels for their carriers for everything. What does one do at this point?? It's not even one or two items missing from shipment FBA17M1S4ZD3, it's 18 missing out of 24 units. That's a box and a half! 12 units per box. It means they started counting a box, stopped, and then decided "the rest isn't there" WHAT!?

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to assist. Can you please provide me with the case ID you submitted for this? I do want to add one thing, even though an item is being shown as received in the inventory ledger this does not necessarily mean the item has been fully unpacked and all the units accounted for. If a box is intending to be transferred to another FC we will scan that box and send it through the system without unpacking it. When the item is received at its final destination FC that is when the units are unpacked and Sellers can reconcile their shipment.

I look forward to receiving the case ID and reviewing.
