I need help urgently about FDA!!
I need your help urgently. My listing was suspended because my product was not FDA approved. I opened a case with screenshots proving that other sellers selling the same product as me do not have FDA approval and that there is a legal warning stated by Amazon regarding this issue on their pages and evidence that my product is registered with the FDA, but I still have not received any results for 2 days. Please help me with this, otherwise all my efforts will be in vain.

It doesn't matter what other sellers are doing - Amazon's systems determined you are violating policy or the law, and it's up to you to convince them that A) you are compliant (ex. by providing official certifications) or B) the determination was in error (ex. a cutting board misclassified as a pesticide).
Last December, the FDA sent Amazon a warning letter after regulated substances were found to be widely available on Amazon as weight training supplements. Amazon, which has big healthcare aspirations, is now trying to fix the problem which got totally out of control.

I understand your concerns with your listing being removed, however, the team works cases on a first in/first out basis. If your case is taking longer than 14 days, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look. As @Seller_LVZcgxAgZ2xBv stated, just because other listings are till up, this doesn't mean they are compliant, they just haven't been caught yet by our system. If you feel they are in violation, you can report them here.
