Issue with Business Address Verification at Ukraine

Hello,

Please help me to solve a problem with a Business Address Verification in Ukraine.

On June 30, 2024 I received a message from Amazon that my account is at Risk of Deactivation. The Reason is simple - Amazon can't verify my business address. Now, I have only 1 attempt to verify my address.

I tried to solve this issue myself but it is impossible, because Amazon always send a message: Invalid Address.

My business address is 100% correct, also, this address I used when registered my account, I receiving business correspondence for 15 years.

I even tried to use Google map, but I got same error - invalid address.

This situation looks a ridiculous - Amazon can't verify my address because Amazon don't send a postcard for verification to Ukraine.

At this forum I found, that this issue affects all sellers from Ukraine. Because of the war in Ukraine, Amazon do not send postcards to Ukraine, that's why I can't recieve the verification code and verify my business address.

In addition, I can't contact to Amazon support team, because available "contact method - Phone" only. Once I push button "Call me now" - nothing happens, just a message - "Your call has ended. If you need to speak with us again, please request another call.". My phone, country code are filled right.

This situation is alarming because I have sent a lot of goods.

Could someone help to solve this problem?
