Hello.
My account is under review with authentic product on inbound shipment. I have completed verify by video call with amazon associate and sent a require document like a letter of authorize, invoice, credit card statement to inbound appeal original email from account performance service since 19 July. but I got an email for require a same document that I send to previous email again and again like amazon don't receive my document. I have reply to original email for a document and don't get any response. What wrong with I do or what the way can I send a document? because not have channel to send a document in performance notification.

Mark out pricing and identifying information and post the invoice you submitted.
Is your LOA from the brand dirct on Brand letterhead, authorizing you to sell the brand ON AMAZON?

Depending on where you sourced your items, Amazon may or may not accept the invoice.
But if you sourced according to all the rules, there could still be a problem if Amazon thinks that your documents are altered. This is a common problem with .pdf files that are not created properly. If you've been submitting .pdf files that you downloaded, try printing them out and scanning them, then submit the scanned image. This will remove any meta-data that indicates that the document has been edited, which the bots pick up on before any human gets a chance to look at it.
But first, as suggested above, post your invoice, so that others can see if there are other problems with it.

Yes. I have a letter of authorization from supplier and invoice that have a full name, address or anything from supplier and approve to sell this brand on amazon

As you've mentioned this is a situation where a shipment sent to the fulfillment center was identified as potentially being inauthentic. As noted this requires invoices, did you confirm they meet our requirements shown in the responsible sourcing help page? This includes verifying that your sourcing from and authorized distributor.
As mentioned by @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI, a letter of authorization cannot be issued by a supplier unless they are the brand or rights owner. Per our requirements for a letter of authorization, these documents need to be issued to you, or your business and come directly from the brand or rights owner themselves. Can your supplier show proof that they are sourcing from the brand or have brand authorization themselves?
Additionally, as @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw advises, depending on where you sourced the products, we may conduct a supply chain review to ensure the above mentioned documentation meets our requirements but to also ensure that your using a supplier that meets our supply chain standard.
If the documentation provided has been previously rejected, it will not be accepted if resubmitted. If resubmitting documentation, we will require additional supporting evidence such as your suppliers LOA as mentioned above to help confirm a valid supply chain. Otherwise if you simply just resubmit, they will be rejected, additionally if no new or requested information is provided, we may not respond further.
