Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.

If this is not resolved after that investigation, please send me your case IDs you have for this shipment. I'd be happy to take a look to see how I can help further!

I see that shipment FBA18GSR4836 is now in the receiving phase - this is great to see!
