reduced pallet capacity

Hi, I'm just trying to create a pallet for shipment, approx 10% smaller (weight and volume) than a pallet I sent last week, the tool wants me to send it on 2 pallets, and it is cheaper to send the boxes by parcel courier than on a pallet.

Anyone else suffering with similar pallet capacity issues? and advice on how to fix it.

Of course I haveraised a ticket withh SS

TIA

Hi @Seller_AYDb7iO4BC4gQ,

In Step 4 of the Send to Amazon workflow, the system uses a 3D model based on your box content info to calculate how many pallets are needed. Even small changes in box dimensions or weights can affect how it stacks them.

If you're using an Amazon-partnered carrier, that step does let you review and edit the pallet configurations before confirming shipping costs. For non-partnered carriers, you can manually enter the number of pallets under the Pallet Information section.

The help page that explains this is here: Send to Amazon: Confirm carrier and pallet information

Since you already raised a case with Seller Support, they can take a closer look.

All the best, Ezra
