reserved inventory after reactivation account

After reactivation of account, my inventory became in reserved status, more then 10 days (reserved_fc-processing).
45 of my listings are out of stock due to this reason.
I created many cases to resolve the issue, but amazon support answers "We are currently researching your issue in partnership with the responsible team. We'll provide an update as soon as any additional information is available."
Ome of the support says that my inventory is in quarantine. But no one answered me for what reason and when this issue will be resolved.
And nothing happens.
Amazon already reactivated my account after video-verification. But Policy Violation Warnings from account health din't dissappeared. Maybe that is the reason?

I see that after your account was reactivated 45 of your ASINs are still in out of stock status and you have questions about how to get this resolved.
