How long will we remain silent as sellers? How long will we tolerate this? It is impossible for you to win this when buyers open an ATOZ claim. The customer returns the product they used, the customer damages the product. But the customer is right in ATOZ.

How long will you allow this.

Have you perused the forums? A significant number of sellers are expressing their discontent. The AtoZ policy appears to heavily favor buyers, leaving sellers with limited recourse. How long will this system persist? How long will the focus remain on the buyers' interests? My customer is returning a product due to dissatisfaction with its dimensions. It is possible for him to ascertain the product dimensions without having to use the item itself, as this information is available in the product descriptions. The customer has utilized the product, rendering it nearly worthless, and is now seeking to return it. The shipping expenses incurred for both sending and receiving the product result in a financial loss for me. Yet, does Amazon offer me any protection? No. Furthermore, my observations in the forums reveal a growing frustration directed at the Amazon system. yeah yeah...see thing is...Amazon really doesn't care how you feel, or anyone else. Nor do they have to. We are just tolerated here. You have no rights on someone else's website as you do have the freedom to leave it anytime you want.....

Just lost another AZ case, returned after 30 days, returned totally different product, this has become new normal. I remembered one case they even did not respond the appeal; the case was mysteriously closed after few days.

Of course, AZ is favorable to customer, seller is shiiiit from Amazon eyes...

A to Z Claims, Amazon for fact of the matter , have pretty much pitiful. You are at the mercy of the buyer, whatever the buyer says or does is golden. You shoulv've seen it coming when customer support went offshore. That's the first sign of a company that is strictly about profits. But like everything else Amazon will soon fall and there will be another that will uprise and take its place. My advice to you is to roll with the bs, or build your own platform, until a new platform uprises. That's the best it gets.

They will just tell you to chalk it up as in the cost of doing business. For anyone to be successful on this platform or any e-c commerce its about volume. If a few bad transactions a month that dont go your way affect you that adversely, you probably are in the wrong business. Not that its right, but just the harsh reality of all e-commerce platforms (not just amazon, but ebay etc ) trying to make all buyers feel safe online. Its ashamed that the pendulum has swung way too much in the favor of buyers I'd like better protection as a seller too, We sell items and get back a completely different item somewhat regularly and the process they have for that stinks. I'd like to see buyers banned as they do to sellers, the ones that commit fraud and abuse the return / buyer protection policy.

If a few bad transactions a month that dont go your way affect you that adversely, you probably are in the wrong business. Not that its right, but just the harsh reality of all e-commerce platforms (not just amazon, but ebay etc ) trying to make all buyers feel safe online. Its ashamed that the pendulum has swung way too much in the favor of buyers I'd like better protection as a seller too, We sell items and get back a completely different item somewhat regularly and the process they have for that stinks. I'd like to see buyers banned as they do to sellers, the ones that commit fraud and abuse the return / buyer protection policy.
