我的新店铺在4月15日进行了第一次品牌备案，被秒拒，case id为17656430641，联系品牌注册服务商，沟通中服务商知晓我的新店铺2月份下店后没有其他操作，但这期间付款的信用卡有过期，服务商建议先更新付款信息已确保账户正常，更新信用卡后等待两周于4月28日进行了申诉，4月29日收到邮件申诉被驳回，服务商帮忙更换了律师，我在美国专利局的官网（uspto.gov）上确认5月1日有律师更换记录，目前我想重新提交品牌备案，显示品牌的申请正在审核中无法重新提交，但状态栏一直是“不符合要求”，请问该状态下如何推进品牌备案，谢谢！

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist. If the attorney change is live and can be seen on the TM, section "Attorney/Correspondence Information" on the USPTO website then you will submit the information of that change via the current appeal case ID 17656430641.
The enrollment team will review the new information you submitted and they will determine if the application can move forward in the enrollment process.
