A few weeks ago we sent out a shipment to Amazon which included 40 units of one of our products.
Amazon is now claiming that we did not include these units in the shipment, but this is not the case. I have now created a case to get these units reimbursed but when I want to submit the case I get the following error:

All the necessary documents are added and all the information has been filled in but we keep getting the same error.
Any suggestions on what to do?

We have raised a case with seller support.
The FC centres for us were -
