BUY BOX in amazon canada
We are a seller in Amazon US already and won the buy box with great sales monthly and a healthy amazon account. We decided to open a store in Amazon Canada, but we are not eligible for buy box. We are using the same professional account just 2 different store. Our paid campaign is not running too. What can we do about it?
Creating amazon case log does not help, because it's just talking to an A.I.

I understand you have started to sell online in Amazon's Canada (CA) store and your listed products are not yet eligible for the buy box. Thanks for expanding!
I don't know how long you have had your products listed in CA, but if it has been fairly recent, then we need to get to know how that new venture goes for you before products are eligible for featured merchant.
If you have been selling for an extended period of time, and are not Buy Box eligible in CA, then please post back with a case number so I can take a look.
