Buying Evri Shipping through Amazon

Hello

Can somebody help me.

For the first time i have purchased shipping through Amazon.

I purchased Evri shipping and it took me to printing the labels. everything seems to be paid and labels are attached read to be shipped.

I took the parcels to my nearest Evri drop off and they scanned it and said it could not be dropped off.

Then i took the parcels to a Evri locker and it did not recognise the barcode.

On the order itself it says " waiting for collection ", does that mean it will be collected from my address?

i am so confused over this.

I hope somebody can help me with this.

Good morning,

I did a bit of research and want to confirm, are you an EU seller using Evri? I hadn't heard of them as a shipping option in the US, so I had to do some digging. I was able to find this information from a threadin our European forums: "Evri has stopped accepting “Next Day” and “Standard” orders in their parcel shops as these ship methods require for Evri to arrange a collection. If Selling Partners wish to use Parcel shops they should select the “drop off” ship method instead of Standard or Next Day."

I have had the exact thing happen today, bought Evri shipping label for package, took to parcel shop they wont accept - anyone now how to resovle this?
