I applied for the handmade category, but it was rejected.

I applied for the handmade category, but it was rejected.

I believe the decision was a mistake. I’ve reviewed all the policies and submitted all the required information according to Amazon's guidelines. I am sure that I qualify for registration in the Handmade category.

I have also appealed the decision again I sent the informations again from case it was rejected again. What should I do next?

My case ID is 15960804761. I have appealed the decision again but have not yet received any response or a reason for the denial.
