Received email from amazon seller account closed/deactivated
Hi, any help on this issue,i received below email from amazon for account closed /deactivated, we hardly have 4-5 products listed since its a 2 month old company registered on amazon and we have already dispatched 2 orders but funds were not credited,

That's a new and different twist on here.
So, were you offering refunds to buyers if they complained about the prices? Or were you offering refunds in an insert with the product to generate sales?
Did you claim you shipped something and didn't? If that resulted in a payment that you didn't deserve it would be a BIG problem.
In almost 15 years I can't recall seeing this one before.

As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp states, the messaging is indicative that the policy has been violated in regards to this. To dispute this, you would need to provide evidence showing that this has not taken place. Have you attempted to provide anything as of now?
