KYC and Payoneer CASE ID 14653142971
I have an issue with my bank account not being eligible for receiving disbursement due to pending Know Your Customer (KYC) action according to my payment service provider Payoneer. When I click "Activate for Amazon.com" the text circled in red appears.
However, the Payoneer has confirmed that there are no further verifications required from my part and account is verified. I have attached the letter of good standing and Payoneer account statement as a proof that there are no issues.
The account is currently deactivated due to this issue and I would like to be able to reactivate my account, since Payoneer has stated that my bank account has no issues with the verification.
I made this thread since it was recommended by the community manager to create a new thread with a case ID.

Was your problem solved? I even have the same issue i got all the verifications done and supplied the account deposit details to amazon. Which gave me the exact issue you are describing. If you were able to solve it explain it please.
