Account under review loop
Hi,
I would like check to see if anybody has been is the same situation like iam right now. Last week I received an email stating "your account is currently under review as per section 3 of the Amazon services Business Solutions Agreement". I was a little confused on why I'm getting this email, if I did something wrong or if this was somethin random. I provided all the documents that they requested, and did the video call vefication. They told me to sent more documents to complete the review which I did, but two days later they were asking for the same documents which I already sent them over and over like a loop email. Right now I'm stuck with no idea what it goes on, because on the email it doesn't specify if they was able to view the documents that I already sent or if something wrong with the documents.
At right now I still have no idea why my account has been under review, if I did something wrong. They disabled me the ability to do FBA Shipment, my inventory is getting low now, and I have a lot of Products that i want to sent out. Everytime I call the support team, they said that I have to wait for some other team to reply back to me.
Anyone ever experienced something like this? Any tip on what can i do? This is very frustrating.
