Product and Food Safety - CPSC
One of our best-selling products was suddenly removed from Amazon for "product and food safety violations". We have sent emails many times and provided all the explanations and documents related to product safety and battery compliance. However, every time we receive the same response from Amazon - they claim that they do not review any submitted documents, and the product is still removed.
We tried to contact Amazon's customer service hotline, and they replied that the product on the list by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission, Amazon had removed all products on the list provided by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Has anyone sent confirmation information about product and food safety violations to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's CPSC Information Center?

I'm sorry you are having this issue with this product. If you provide your most recent Case ID on this product I can see if there are any escalation paths, however in many cases if products are removed for safety concerns there isn't a path to appeal further. Thank you for your understanding.
