NO BUY BOX

Dear Amazon Support Team,

I am reaching out to express my concern regarding the Buy Box status of my product, which has demonstrated excellent quality and sales performance since its launch. Even during the pre-sale phase, we secured orders, indicating strong customer interest and demand. However, despite these positive indicators, my product has not been awarded the Buy Box.

We have made comprehensive upgrades in our product within its category, adding numerous accessories to enhance customer value while maintaining a competitive price point. While similar products in our category are priced at $399, we have set our price at $369, offering better value for money. Unfortunately, the absence of the Buy Box is significantly affecting our sales potential.

Given these circumstances, I kindly request that the Amazon team conduct a manual review of my listing to understand why the Buy Box has not been assigned to my product.
