Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
If you are a professional seller, you should have access to the call me now button in the top right of the account health page in seller central. When you submit a request for a call, are you making multiple submissions, this can cause them to cancel out or disconnect. Additionally, when you're adding your phone number, you should "NOT" include the country code. When you select where you're calling from, it will automatically apply the country code for your number, if you add this, it will add additional characters creating an invalid number.
If you could check how you input the number and attempt again, I would ask that you also take screenshots so if this is a technical issue it can be passed to the appropriate teams for further review. Prior to updating your information please be sure to clear your cache and cookies for the browser.
