Do you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their products on Amazon?
There are many brands that are cracking down on unauthorized sellers; if you do not have permission and are sourcing from their authorized distributor, that may be the cause of your problems.

Did you check the brand against the list that you can't sell on amazon at all? (like Nike)
Did you check the brand against the list that requires a written letter of authorization from the brand that specifies amazon sales?
