WBW2 Warehouse Issue

Hello, I had a shipment which was delivered to WBW2 Warehouse on October 18, its over 1 month since it was delivered and only 678 of 3348 units. Even worse than that is they somehow counted the shipment wrong and I dont see any option to request a recount. Please help, as this is a restock of bestselling items to Amazon and they are currently out of stock. Further, I dont want the product to be received wrong which would result in Amazon customers receiving an incorrect SKUs.

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

If this is not resolved after that investigation, please send me your shipment ID and any case IDs you have for this shipment. I'd be happy to take a look to see how I can help further!

Hi @Jameson_Amazonits not eligible for investigations until 12/24, but it looks like they are re-counting it, Im not sure if you reached out on our behalf but if you did, thank you for your help.

I sent a box to WBW2 1300 corporate way and it was returned not sure why. It was available for pickup and then returned this was an international shipment
